Labels

I don't have official certifications as a life coach or healthcare professional and I prefer not to identify myself with those titles. I've decided to call my coaching sessions ‘MindWhispers’ and I use this term, because it accurately reflects my role: listening closely to the whispers of your mind.

Nevertheless, I’m an experienced and certified yoga teacher and whether we engage in a yoga practice or have conversations, I prefer to describe my role as your ‘Listening Buddy’. This term aligns with my philosophy of offering support, listening attentively and being a friend to those I work with.

I find it enjoyable to refer to our meetings as MindWhispers, as it symbolizes the compassionate and perceptive manner in which we explore your feelings and thoughts.

Prices

When planning your budget for purchasing my products or booking extra services, please remember that prices may vary. Product prices at the store start at €4.99 and can increase based on the shared content, number of pages, and the format (digital or print-on-demand).

For additional services like the Yoga- and Coaching sessions, prices start at €60* per hour. You have the option to buy a specific number of hours in advance and book sessions lasting a minimum of 15 minutes each. Once your allocated hours for individual sessions are used up, you will receive a notification. [More prices]

* If you are a Spanish citizen living on Mallorca, I would be open to adjusting the price if my standard rate is too high for you. Feel free to reach out to me and provide information about your specific situation.

Payments

Items in the online shop can be bought securely and most major debit and credit cards, as well as popular payment methods are accepted. This ensures a flexible and convenient checkout process for you. If things don’t work, please contact me.

To confirm your sessions with me, kindly transfer the agreed amount before our initial meeting. You will receive my bank details via email after you make your first booking. Once payment is complete, your session will be scheduled and officially reserved.

Cancellation policy

When booking sessions with me, we both commit to meeting online via a (WhatsApp) Video or Voice call at the agreed upon time. If you find yourself unable to attend, please notify me at least 12 hours before our scheduled session. Should you cancel within less than 12 hours before our meeting, it will be counted as used time deducted from your purchased hours.

Responsibility

My services and products are rooted in my personal experiences, aiming to offer guidance and support. It's crucial to keep in mind that you are responsible for your own well-being as an individual and it's always wise to seek advice or assistance from the right professionals. If I feel I can't assist you any further, I can connect you with other professionals who can help you on your journey.

Of course, I aim to provide valuable insights and tools, but it's important to understand that everyone's journey is unique and results may differ. By engaging with what I offer, you acknowledge and embrace your personal responsibility for any decisions or actions you take.

Return Policy

I’m dedicated to making sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your digital order, you have the option to return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. If the digital item does not meet your expectations, please reach out to me at hello@hellomarianne.com.

On the other hand, returns for Print-On-Demand items are handled by Gelato, a third-party provider. You can find their return policy on Gelato.com. Rest assured, if you are unsatisfied with the product quality and inform them within 30 days of receiving it, they will investigate and work towards a solution.
